The apartment is quiet and new adjacent to Ventspils, the town center, and the Livonian Order Castle, Planetarium and observatory. Staff are helpful, know what the customer wants. The place has modern and silent rooms with fridge, microwave, as for instance. It has an electric kettle, a fridge, and a stovetop...

The bathroom here is very small.

The room we stayed in at Marbella Rezidence was amazing! It had a kitchen with a microwave, fridge, and stovetop, making it super convenient for our late-night snacks. The flat-screen TV in the room was a nice touch, and the private bathroom with a shower was clean and modern. Plus, the patio and balcony were perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening drink. we felt right at home in this cozy room.

Personally, I found the soundproofing in the double room to be a bit lacking. But hey, it's just my opinion and others might not mind it.

Thank you for very nice stay for one night and near Ventspils as well as the centre. Has comfortable beds, everything fairly clean. A tub, a shower and bath sheets available. Wonderful central location, a lot of space. It's nestled in nice building.

Our room was separate from the rest of the place. We were really close to the promenade and the city center which was awesome. 🏞️

The children's playground was a delightful place for me to sit back and relax while pretending I had offspring. The nearest airport was conveniently far enough for me to not be bothered by any noisy planes. The apartment had a dining area, perfect for holding my empty wine glasses.

Oh, how I missed having a trash can in my room. It truly added to the rustic charm of the half broken one in the bathroom.

the owner of the property was friendly and welcoming. Check, in was smooth and hassle, free. the spacious and clean apartments had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen. the Wi, Fi worked perfectly, and the location was great, with shops and restaurants nearby.

Although the beach was a bit far, about 2 km away, we were overall very satisfied with our two nights at the hotel. Cons: Nothing to fault.

I recently stayed at Marbella Rezidence for a few nights while exploring the area. The location was perfect, close to the town center with free parking right at the front. The apartments themselves were located in a nice building and my room was spacious and well-furnished. Despite my initial reservations, the bed turned out to be surprisingly comfy. The bathroom was also very decent. Check-in was easily arranged with just a few minutes of waiting for the keys, and the late check-out time at 12:00 was a nice bonus. Plus, their current low season rate was practically unbeatable. I can well recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and had a beautiful design. It also had a great location that was close to the town center and the river. The parking lot across the street was convenient for us as well.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the bed was making noise which disturbed our sleep.

I always choose this place for my stay. The staff got me plug adaptors at my first visit which I remember. Marbella Rezidence has everything I need: Wi-Fi, car park, kettle, cookware, TV. No pets or smoking. Coming back for Christmas.
